Over the summer whilst waiting for our exam results, my group and I all vowed that this year will not a repeat of last years indecisive, unorganised work. We started out strong we all decided we were going to do Lana Del Ray, Young and Beautiful Remix. We loved this song, but we though it would be better if i had more of a drop and beat; it would allow us to be more creative with the editing and what we would do for the actual video.
Our concept was that we wanted to show the audience and fun summer. We would have different shots of us and our friends taking a trip and having fun. A simple enough idea that we though was achievable. We also though for the artist we could have our friend Ruby. However after taking this idea on board we realised all the negatives. We though that the video would be either really fun, or really bad. And as we had no real plan we though it was more likely that it would be a flop. We didn't really think there was a way to make it look and feel, fun and spontaneous because we didn't really know what we were doing so we decided to move on to a different plan.
